1. The Gutteridge Club is an exclusive loyalty program available to all Gutteridge customers who hold a Fidelity Card. Registration for the program is free.
2. Registration for the Gutteridge Club can be done by registering in any Gutteridge store or on the website www.gutteridge.com. In Gutteridge stores, you can enjoy discounts and services by simply showing the QR code of your profile on the website, in the app, or on your purchase receipt.
3. Gutteridge Club members (hereinafter "Customer/s") can enjoy the following benefits and services in all Gutteridge stores worldwide and on the website www.gutteridge.com (hereinafter, the "website"):
4. For every euro spent in Gutteridge stores and/or on the website, the customer will receive one loyalty point.
The program consists of 4 levels:
The discount is applied once the level is reached. Points are accumulated during the product delivery process. In the case of product returns, the corresponding points will be deducted based on the value of the returned items.
5. Selected products will be regularly offered with double loyalty points for each purchase; additionally, a 20% discount will be applied during the customer’s birthday month; invitations to events and exclusive promotions will also be offered.
6. The Fidelity Card does not allow points to be accumulated at the time of purchase but during its use. Points are valid for 12 months from their allocation. Points accumulate with purchases but can also be granted according to special promotions. Upon registration, 10 points are assigned. Points are non-transferable and non-assignable.
7. After registering for the Gutteridge Club and with the customer’s specific consent, they will receive marketing communications about new collections and Gutteridge product offers that best suit their preferences. The customer may revoke this consent at any time.
8. The data provided by members will be processed in accordance with the legislation on personal data protection (D.Lgs Nr. 196/2003 "Privacy Law"), as indicated in the privacy policy pursuant to Article 13 of D.Lgs 30/06/2010 Nr. 196.
9. By registering for the Gutteridge Club, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the program.
These general terms and conditions refer to the contract for participation in the “Gutteridge Club Loyalty Program”, provided by Capri S.r.l., based in Via Francesco Caracciolo 15, 80122 Naples NA.
Only individuals over the age of majority (according to the applicable legislation in their jurisdiction) and those with the legal capacity to enter into contracts can participate in the Gutteridge Club Loyalty Program.
Each customer may only hold one Fidelity Card. By registering, the customer agrees to provide accurate and correct information and not to use false or third-party information.
The customer agrees to keep their personal and contact information updated, either through the website (only when registering online), in Gutteridge stores with sales staff, or by contacting customer service.
In the event of loss, theft, or damage of the Fidelity Card, the customer can obtain a replacement card by contacting any Gutteridge store. Receiving a replacement card will not affect any benefits obtained up to that point.
Capri S.r.l. will not be responsible for the misuse of the card in case of loss or theft by unauthorized third parties.
Discounts, services, and benefits indicated in point 4) of the contract may change at any time: any changes will be communicated to members via email as soon as possible.
Registration in the program is valid for an indefinite period.
The customer can unsubscribe from the Gutteridge Club at any time and at no cost by sending an email to customercare@gutteridge.com; by unsubscribing, the customer will waive all associated benefits, discounts, and services, and the accumulated points will be automatically canceled.
Capri S.r.l. reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions, as well as the loyalty program and associated services, periodically. Changes will be effective 10 (ten) days after their publication on the website. If the customer does not accept the changes, they have the right to cancel their registration, which can be done at any time as previously outlined.
Capri S.r.l. also reserves the right to suspend temporarily or permanently the loyalty program, without the customer being able to claim (except for already acquired rights), by notifying this change on the website and/or in the stores. These rules can be consulted at any time on the website.
Participation in the Gutteridge Club is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Any misuse of the loyalty program or any action that harms the image and brand of Gutteridge will result in immediate exclusion from the program, with the loss of all associated rights, including accumulated points.
Without prejudice to the legal rights provided, including compensation, Capri S.r.l. may revoke the customer's right to use the Fidelity Card and cancel the registration if any misuse or harm to the image of the Gutteridge brand is detected.
The customer accepts these terms and conditions upon registering for the Gutteridge Club. By accepting these terms, the customer confirms that they have read and understood the privacy policy. In case of any dispute arising from this contract, the competent court will be the one in Naples, Italy. Any mandatory legal provision will remain applicable.
The applicable law will be Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory national provisions.
