Payment

You may take advantage of one of the following payment methods: PayPal, Amazon Pay, American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, PostePay, Gift Card Gutteridge.

We do not accept cash, checks or cash on delivery, and phone orders cannot be placed.
As soon as the order is completed, a payment authorization necessary to verify the validity of the card and the availability of funds will be automatically requested.
It is not recommended to pay with virtual cards which, although accepted, could cause problems in the management of refunds in case of return. Actual payment will occur only at the time of shipment, which will be notified by e-mail.
The PayPal account will be charged upon completion of the order.
During promotion periods, COUPON CODES that entitle you to discounts on items, categories and shipping are not usable and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
The transmission of payment information is done through the higher safety standard through the adoption of the most advanced coding systems (SSL): credit card information will be totally unreadable to third parties. Gutteridge uses only secure connections, as evidenced by the "https" prefix that appears in the browser address bar.
If you have chosen to pay by Credit Card but are unable to complete the transaction please verify that you have entered the information for the selected payment method correctly. If the problem persists, we recommend contacting the Issuing Institution.
If any items are unavailable at the time of shipment, the amount charged will correspond to the items actually shipped.
