1. Gutteridge Club is an exclusive loyalty program, dedicated to all Gutteridge customers who hold a Fidelity Card. Joining the program is free of charge.
2. Joining the Gutteridge Club program is possible by registering at any Gutteridge store or on the online store at www.gutteridge.com. In Gutteridge stores, discounts and services can be accessed simply by showing the QR Code available on the profile on the website, in the app, or on the receipt.
3. Members of the Gutteridge Club program (hereafter “Customer/s”) enjoy the following advantages and services reserved in Gutteridge stores worldwide and on the online store www.gutteridge.com (hereafter “Website”).
4. For every euro spent in Gutteridge stores and/or the online store, one loyalty point will be awarded. The program includes 4 levels:
The discount percentage is applied on purchases following the level achievement. Points are assigned during the shipment phase of goods. In case of a return, points will be deducted based on the amount paid for the individual item.
5. Periodically, a selection of products will be available where purchasing them will grant double loyalty points; an additional 20% discount for the entire month of the Customer’s birthday; invitations to special promotions.
6. Fidelity Cards do not accumulate points when purchased, but only when used. Points are valid for 12 months following their assignment. Points accumulate with purchases, but extra points may be granted for specific actions. Upon registration, 10 points are loaded. Earned points cannot be transferred or assigned to others.
7. After joining Gutteridge Club and with specific consent, the Customer will receive marketing communications about new collections and offers on new Gutteridge products that best meet their needs. The consent to receive marketing communications can be revoked at any time by the member.
8. Data provided by members will be processed in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation (Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 "Privacy Code"), as specified in the appropriate Privacy Notice provided in compliance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2010 No. 196.
9. By joining Gutteridge Club, the following General Conditions are accepted.
These General Conditions relate to the "Gutteridge Club Loyalty Program" contract issued by Capri S.r.l., located at Via Francesco Caracciolo 15, 80122 Naples, Italy.
Only individuals who are legally adults (according to the applicable law in their jurisdiction) and who have the capacity to enter into binding contracts may join the Gutteridge Club Loyalty Program.
Each Customer can hold only one Fidelity Card. By registering, the Customer agrees to provide only truthful and accurate information. Furthermore, the Customer agrees not to register using fictitious data or data belonging to third parties.
The Customer is required to keep their contact and identification data updated: via the Website (only in case of registration to the site), at the stores by approaching sales staff, or by contacting Customer Care.
In case of loss, theft, or damage of the Fidelity Card, the Customer can obtain a replacement card by simply visiting a Gutteridge store and contacting the sales staff. The replacement of the card will not affect the benefits the Customer has acquired up to that point. Capri S.r.l. will not be liable for any misuse of the lost or stolen card by unauthorized parties.
The discounts, services, and benefits mentioned in point 4) of the contract may change or be modified at any time: any changes will be immediately notified to members by email.
Membership in the program is valid indefinitely.
Members can withdraw from the Gutteridge Club program at any time without any cost by sending an email to customercare@gutteridge.com. By withdrawing from the program, the member renounces all associated benefits, discounts, and services, and the accumulated points will be automatically canceled.
Capri S.r.l. reserves the right to periodically, and even partially, modify these general conditions, the loyalty program, and related services. These changes will take effect 10 (ten) consecutive days after their publication on the Website. If the member does not accept the changes, they can cancel their registration at any time as outlined above.
Capri S.r.l. also reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the loyalty program at any time, without any claims from the member (except for respecting rights already acquired by participants at that time), by notifying members on the Website and/or in stores with an appropriate notice. The current Regulations are always available for consultation on the Website.
Membership in the Gutteridge Club program is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Any misuse of the loyalty program or any harm to the Gutteridge brand image in violation of these general conditions (especially the transfer of rights deriving from the Gutteridge Club membership to third parties) will result in immediate exclusion from the program with the loss of all related rights, including previously accumulated points.
Without prejudice to any other legal rights, including the right to compensation for damages, Capri S.r.l. may revoke the Customer’s right to use the Fidelity Card and deactivate their membership if it is used in violation of the terms and conditions of sale or this Regulation, or if used abusively or harmfully to the Gutteridge brand image.
These general conditions are accepted at the time of joining the Gutteridge Club program. By accepting these General Conditions, the member confirms that they have read and understood the privacy notice. Any dispute arising from or related to this contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of Naples, Italy. Any other applicable legal jurisdiction will be respected.
The applicable law is Italian law, without prejudice to the application of other national laws arising from imperative norms.
